About the Event

Lifestyle transitions happen in many forms. Changing your lifestyle can range from something as simple as creating new habits to moving to a new country. The problem with making a lifestyle transition is that most people don’t know where to start.

The honest truth is that lifestyle transitions don’t happen overnight. STOP beating yourself up because you haven’t changed fast enough! I give you permission to stop being so hard on yourself. There’s help for you.

I invite you to gain the clarity you need to finally get out of the neutral zone and make your transition a reality.

Attend my FREE 5-Day workshop where you’ll:

  • Create a vision for the lifestyle you desire, using change as an opportunity
  • Identify potential obstacles and explore your new learning curve
  • Reframe your mindset to change your dysfunctional beliefs to practical ones
  • Develop your Lifestyle Transition Blueprint by taking an honest look at the gap between your current reality and your goals
  • Identify accountability practices that help you stay on the path to achieving a new way of living

What should you expect?

Each day, you’ll receive an email from me outlining the day’s activities. The email will contain a short reading and 1-2 questions for you to complete about the day’s topic. Additionally, we will meet via Zoom for a live, 30-minute Q&A session to discuss the questions and expand our learning. The Q&A session is an excellent time for you to get your questions answered and connect with other workshop participants. Overall, you should expect to commit 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete the daily activities. That’s a total of 5 hours over the course of the workshop.

Day 1: Vision Your New Lifestyle

*Participants will create a vision of their   ideal lifestyle (10 – 15 minutes)

*Zoom Q&A session (30 minutes)

Day 2: Know Your Obstacles

*Participants will identify their   potential obstacles that black their transition (10 – 15 minutes)

*Zoom Q&A session (30 minutes)

Day 3:  Get Unstuck

*Participants will identify their dysfunctional   beliefs keeping them stuck in their mindset (10 – 15 minutes)

*Zoom Q&A session (30 minutes)

Day 4: Design Your Lifestyle Transition Blueprint

*Participants will create their Lifestyle   Transition Blueprint (20 – 30 minutes)

*Zoom Q&A session (30 minutes)

Day 5: Next Steps

*Participants will plan next steps for   implementing the Lifestyle Transition Blueprint (10 – 15 minutes)

*Zoom Q&A session (30 minutes)
